Further to the Notice of Substantial Unitholder's Change in Interests dated 25 March 2011 given by PSA International Pte Ltd and announced on 25 March 2011 (announcement no. 00178), PortCapital Limited has received a further 147,718,000 units pursuant to its agreement with, among others, Hutchison Port Holdings Limited (the "Agreement") on the "upstream distribution" (as such term is described in the prospectus).
4. A statement of whether the change in the percentage level is the result of a transaction or a series of transactions: The change in the percentage level is the result of a transaction: settlement of part of the consideration for various obligations under the Agreement.
