In addition to the unitholdings announced by Deutsche Bank AG on 7 April 2011, there has been an increase in Deutsche Bank AG's unitholding interest in Hutchison Port Holdings Trust due to Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch's open market purchase of 119,743,000 units from 8 April 2011 to 11 April 2011 of which 119,456,000 units were purchased for the purposes of stabilising activities in connection with the initial public offering of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust.
