Limited, the trustee-manager of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust (“HPH Trust” or the “Trust” and the trustee-manager of HPH Trust, the “Trustee-Manager”) present their report to the unitholders of the Trust together with the audited fi nancial statements of the Trust and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) for the year ended 31 December 2025.
