The directors of Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited, the trustee-manager of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust (“HPH Trust”
or the “Trust” and the trustee-manager of HPH Trust, the “Trustee-Manager”) present their report to the unitholders of the Trust together
with the audited accounts of the Trust and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) for the year ended 31 December 2012.
