Report of the Trustee-Manager
The directors of Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited, the trustee-manager of Hutchison Port Holdings
Trust (“HPH Trust” or the “Trust” and the trustee-manager of HPH Trust, the “Trustee-Manager”) present their report
to the unitholders of the Trust together with the audited accounts of the Trust and its subsidiaries (collectively
the “Group”) for the period from 25 February 2011 (date of constitution of the Trust) to 31 December 2011.
